Senior Functional Solution Architect
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional solution architecture for ERP platforms, including Workday Financials.
Design and configure ERP solutions based on business requirements.
Work across finance, procurement, projects, banking settlement, and related business functions.
Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and system extensions.
Manage project activities and guide functional teams.
Ensure solution quality, system performance, and alignment with business needs.
Work with stakeholders to resolve functional and technical issues.
Requirements
10–15 years of relevant experience; candidates with more than 20 years of experience are outside the specified range.
Strong experience with Workday Financials.
Experience in functional solution architecture and ERP implementation.
Knowledge of relevant ERP functional modules, such as:
Workday: Financial Accounting, Customers, Procurement, Business Assets, Banking Settlement, and Projects.
SAP: FICO, MM, and PP.
Oracle: AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, PO, and OM.
Understanding of integrations, report development, and system extensions.
Ability to manage projects and lead teams.
PMP certification is an advantage.
