Senior Fund Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Accountant to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fund accounting, particularly within the hedge fund and private equity sectors. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end fund accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate NAV calculations. - Prepare and review financial statements and reports for hedge funds and private equity funds. - Utilize Investran and Yardi software for accounting and reporting purposes. - Implement and maintain waterfall calculations to ensure proper distribution of profits. - Collaborate with investment teams to provide insights on fund performance and financial metrics. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of hedge funds and private equity accounting. - Proficiency in Investran and Yardi software. - Expertise in end-to-end fund accounting and NAV calculation. - Familiarity with waterfall calculations and financial reporting standards. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
