Goldden Valley Capital Management Pte. Ltd. (GVCM) is a Capital Markets Services (CMS) licensed fund management company based in Singapore, regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). GVCM provides fund management and administration services across a range of fund structures, including Variable Capital Companies (VCCs) serving institutional and professional investors.

About the Role

GVCM is seeking a Senior Fund Compliance Officer to join our fund administration and compliance team on a fixed-term contract basis. This is a hands-on role supporting the ongoing compliance and regulatory obligations of our fund structures, including onboarding, client due diligence, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee day-to-day compliance operations across GVCM's fund entities, including VCC structures

● Review and manage client onboarding documentation, KYC/AML checks, and client agreements

● Monitor regulatory filings and ensure timely submission of required reports (e.g. LEI maintenance, GIIN records, FATCA/CRS)

● Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, and other service providers on compliance matters

● Maintain and update internal compliance registers, policies, and procedures

● Support periodic compliance reviews, audits, and regulatory inspections

● Identify and escalate compliance risks or gaps, recommending remediation where needed

● Assist with ad hoc compliance projects as required during the cover period

Requirements

● Minimum 3 years' experience in compliance within an asset management company

● Strong familiarity with Singapore regulatory requirements (MAS) is a must

● Familiarity with the Hong Kong (SFC) regulatory framework is an advantage

● Working knowledge of KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, and client onboarding processes

● Experience with VCC (Variable Capital Company) structures preferred but not essential

● Strong attention to detail and comfort working with legal/regulatory documentation

● Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently

● Degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field

Contract Details

Duration: 6 months(specific dates to be confirmed)

Start Date: ASAP

Working Arrangement: On-site

Salary: SGD 8,000 –10,000 per month

Conversion: There is potential for this role to convert into a permanent position upon successful completion of the contract, subject to business needs and performance.
