REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of commercial experience as a Game Mathematician or in a similar role within the online gambling industry;
Strong understanding of various slot mechanics and game design principles;
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve even minor errors in mathematical models;
Proven ability to solve abstract and highly complex mathematical problems;
Data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making;
Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments;
B1+ English level.

Experience in game development, close collaboration with game development teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and refine engaging slot math models and mechanics in collaboration with the Product Team;
Develop server-side implementations for testing and game integration;
Run simulations to validate math models and benchmark against portfolio targets;
Conduct competitive analysis to extract valuable insights;
Assess risk and calculate win probabilities for player investigations;
Rapidly prototype mechanics to test and validate ideas;
Participate in the full game development lifecycle;
Collaborate with developers, providing clear math specifications.
