Senior Game QA
As a Senior Game QA, you'll lead quality across every stage of development, from new features and levels to LiveOps and releases. You'll collaborate across teams to improve testing processes, resolve quality risks, and deliver the best possible experience for players.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own the overall game quality — every feature, system, level, and release should deliver a polished player experience
- Test features, systems, LiveOps events, and levels across iOS/Android for functionality, stability, performance, and player experience
- Validate level logic, progression, difficulty, and win/lose conditions, catching edge cases, balance issues, and usability gaps
- Define and improve QA processes, testing standards, and release checklists as the game develops
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Art to align on feature goals, verify fixes, and assess release readiness
- Write clear, actionable bug reports (repro steps, expected vs. actual, severity, evidence)
- Maintain test cases, regression suites, and QA documentation
- Continuously improve testing coverage and process efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of Game Quality Assurance experience, including experience on live mobile games.
- Experience owning the QA process throughout the game development lifecycle, from feature development to LiveOps and release.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, exploratory testing, regression testing, and release management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify gameplay issues, edge cases, and quality risks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product, Art, and Engineering teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership with minimal supervision.
- A genuine passion for casual puzzle games and a strong understanding of what makes them enjoyable and engaging for players.
