• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or highly related field;
• Proven commercial experience as an AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI and LLM orchestration or serving tools. (at least 3 years);
• Mandatory, hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs);
• Deep, fundamental understanding of model architectures and how they work under the hood;
• Practical knowledge of industrial technologies used to build agentic workflows and systems;
• Experience in the full MLOps lifecycle for Gen AI models (from deployment to monitoring and optimization);

Nice to have: Experience with VLLMs, classic Deep Learning, and standard Machine Learning frameworks;

• Huge plus: Published research papers in the field of Generative AI;
• Huge plus: Proven record of building backend or frontend for agentic solutions
