Senior GenAI Data Scientist — Hybrid | Python & ML Lead

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for GenAI Solutions in a hybrid role across Milan, Bari, Bologna, and other Italian cities. You will lead GenAI initiatives, architect ML pipelines, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact data-driven solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of data science experience, strong Python/SQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms and production-ready pipelines.

Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, ML Engineers, product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders from internal teams and external clients Manage multiple projects simultaneously Lead and coordinate the Data Scientists involved in the projects Act as the main point of contact with client-side stakeholders Ensure that project tasks are delivered on time and executed to a high standard 3–5 years experience as Data Scientist. Strong Python and SQL coding. Knowledge of Java/Scala or C++/R is a plus. TensorFlow and PyTorch knowledge with a focus on Computer Vision. Knowledge of ML solutions architecture and Generative AI pipelines. Cloud and hybrid ML implementations. Own the full stack execution of data science projects from wrangling to deployment. Work with data engineers to productionize pipelines.
