About the role
As a General Accountant, you will manage the accounting operations of the Accounting & Finance area within the healthcare sector. Your work will contribute to maintaining orderly and useful accounting information for the company's activity.

What you'll do
- Comprehensive management of the company's accounting cycle.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Bank reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
- Preparation and recording of provisions, accruals, and depreciation.
- Preparation and filing of taxes (VAT, withholdings, Corporate Tax, and other levies).
- Support in the preparation of annual accounts and external audits.
- Monitoring and control of fixed assets.
- Collaboration in the preparation of financial reporting for Management.
- Participation in process improvement and internal control projects.
- Liaison with tax advisors, auditors, and official bodies.
- Ensuring compliance with current accounting and tax regulations.
What we're looking for
The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or similar.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in general accounting positions with tax responsibility.
- Solid knowledge of the PGC (Spanish General Accounting Plan) and Spanish tax regulations.
- Experience in tax filing and full accounting closes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
