Kent is seeking Geophysicists and Geologists to join our contingent workforce on a 0-hour contract basis. Successful candidates can be based remotely or from any of our UK offices.
Key Requirements:
- Survey management and client representative support.
- Survey scope, design and specifications, survey tender documents and evaluations.
- Integrated ground modelling – all tasks associated with ground modelling e.g. import of geo data to interpretation software, QA of data, integrated geophysical and geotechnical interpretation including mapping, unitisation, depth conversion etc.
- Geological features and geohazards mapping e.g. boulder picking, faults, seismic anomalies, shallow gas, seabed features, seabed mobility, scour, liquefaction, seismicity, hard and softs soils etc.
- Anthropogenic constraints and risk mapping.
- QI and seismic inversion products.
- Report writing, GIS mapping and associated products.
- Data processing, e.g. seismic processing, is desirable.
- Data conversions, scripts, data problem solving as required.
- GIS mapping multiple sectors.
