Senior Geotechnical Engineer

1. Manage geological site investigations and prepare comprehensive technical proposals within the division, including but not limited to foundation treatment and slope stability analysis. 2. Lead specialized technical reviews and drive design optimization for complex geotechnical engineering works. 3. Provide expert geotechnical technical support and develop accurate geological models during the project bidding and tendering phases. 4. Actively contribute to the division's talent pipeline development by mentoring, training, and guiding junior and mid-level technical staff.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a closely related discipline. 2. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of overseas experience in design management, specifically focused on geotechnical engineering projects. 3. Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge and practical application of international geotechnical design standards, coupled with familiarity with FIDIC conditions of contract. 4. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with a proven track record of successful geotechnical project delivery within the Middle East region will be highly preferred. 5. Language & Mobility: Must be highly fluent in English (fully capable of utilizing it as the primary working language) and willing to be permanently stationed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
