Senior Global Marketing Programs & Analytics Specialist

Compensation: Up to 130,000 php per month, plus 10% differential

Hours: 8pm pht – 4am pht


The Role

Are you a marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into measurable results?

DTiQ is looking for a collaborative, analytical marketer to help drive global marketing initiatives that generate pipeline, strengthen customer engagement, and support sales growth across multiple international markets.


In this role, you'll partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and executive leadership to execute integrated marketing programs, analyze campaign performance, and transform marketing data into actionable business insights. You'll play a key role in planning, executing, and measuring integrated marketing programs that support our global commercial organization.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support demand generation, customer engagement, partner marketing, and pipeline growth.
  • Coordinate webinars, customer newsletters, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Support regional marketing activities, including trade shows, customer events, partner events, and virtual programs.
  • Assist with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and targeted account engagement campaigns.
  • Develop and coordinate sales enablement materials, campaign assets, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, vendors, and project execution.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and channel partners to ensure successful program delivery.

Marketing Analytics & Insights

  • Measure campaign performance, marketing ROI, pipeline contribution, customer engagement, and event success.
  • Build dashboards and executive reports using Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, and other reporting tools.
  • Monitor key marketing performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Translate marketing data into clear recommendations that support business decisions.
  • Present insights and performance updates to Marketing and Sales leadership.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work cross-functionally with global teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Support marketing operations, reporting, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Recommend new ideas and best practices that improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to overlap with US PST working hours, locally 8pm pht – 4am pht
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing programs and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • Marketing Programs
    • Demand Generation
    • Field Marketing
    • Customer Marketing
    • Partner Marketing
    • Marketing Operations
    • Marketing Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in any of the following is an advantage:

  • QSR or Convenience Store industries
  • Working with global teams across multiple time zones
  • Google Analytics or similar reporting platforms
