Must-haves
- 4+ years of professional experience building Go services
- Knowledge of idiomatic Go and its ecosystem
- Strong domain modeling and API design skills
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles
- Solid knowledge of SQL and efficient schema design
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams
- Good command of English and Polish
- Pragmatism, e.g.: willingness to adapt to team’s standards at first; result orientation without sacrificing quality
- Ability to write code that contributes to correct, scalable, reliable, and performant systems
- Good knowledge of automated tests and writing testable code
- Be open to feedback from more experienced peers

- Willingness to use LLMs in daily development
- Exposure to or interest in cryptography
