Senior Go Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Go Engineer to join a high-performance ecosystem focused on building critical capabilities such as automated processing, backend services, agent chat, and back-office interfaces. As a senior-level individual contributor, you will build the ingestion, routing, and integration endpoints that ensure seamless operational flow and next-generation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ingestion, routing, and integration endpoints for critical business capabilities
• Design low-latency APIs to safely ingest, stream, and parse multi-format files without heavy RAM overhead
• Develop robust connectors to external systems such as ERPs, storefronts, and email APIs
• Process dynamic incoming webhooks to support seamless integrations
• Implement transactional messaging and queuing solutions to guarantee order delivery
• Manage database connections to ensure data resiliency and consistency
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable Go code
• Apply graceful error handling to prevent and manage pipeline failures
• Optimize application performance through concurrent programming practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing production-grade Go code
• Expertise in concurrent programming, including Goroutines, Channels, and Context management
• Skills in performance optimization for high-throughput systems
• Experience writing low-latency REST/gRPC APIs using Gin, Fiber, or Echo
• Background in building integrations with ERPs, storefronts, and email APIs, including webhook processing
• Proficiency in transactional messaging and queuing systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS
• Familiarity with database technologies including PostgreSQL and Redis
• Knowledge of writing clean, well-tested code using go test and mock frameworks
• Understanding of graceful error handling for pipeline failures
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
