Senior Go-To-Market Program Manager
Description
BlackCloak is building a new delivery model for Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations, and we’re looking for a Senior GTM Program Manager to make it run. Reporting to the head of GTM Operations, you’ll own the programs that connect our GTM strategy to our field teams: the vendors we rely on, the changes we roll out, and the field marketing motions that generate pipeline.
You’ll turn a steady stream of requests and ideas into a prioritized, well-run portfolio of work, keep sales and marketing leaders aligned, and make sure new processes and tools are adopted, not just launched. This is a hands-on program leadership role for someone who loves structure, follows through, and can lead without formal authority. It is not a systems administration role: you’ll partner closely with our GTM systems and analytics teammates, who own CRM administration, data, and reporting.
GTM Ops Delivery Model and Program Management
- Help design, launch and run the new GTM Operations delivery model, including intake, prioritization, planning and status reporting.
- Own the GTM Ops work intake process: triage requests from sales and marketing, define scope and level of effort, and keep the backlog prioritized.
- Build and maintain the GTM Ops roadmap, project plans and timelines, making trade-offs visible to leadership.
- Run the team's operating cadence: weekly priorities, project reviews, and monthly or quarterly updates to sales and marketing leadership.
- Manage cross-functional programs from kickoff to close, with clear owners, milestones, risks and success measures.
- Create and maintain playbooks, templates and documentation so the team works the same way every time.
Vendor Management
- Lead vendor evaluations and selection, including requirements gathering, demos, scorecards and business cases.
- Maintain a vendor inventory with renewal dates, spend, owners and usage, and flag consolidation or savings opportunities.
- Track vendor deliverables against agreed scope and deadlines, check work for quality, and escalate quickly when timelines or standards slip.
- Run regular vendor business reviews and hold partners accountable for outcomes and value delivered.
Change Management and Adoption
- Plan and lead the rollout of new GTM processes, programs and tools, from stakeholder alignment through launch.
- Write and deliver change communications, training plans and launch materials for sales and marketing teams.
- Define adoption goals for each rollout, track them after launch, and act on gaps through follow-up training and feedback loops.
- Gather field feedback and turn it into improvements, acting as a trusted voice between the field and GTM Operations.
Field Marketing Enablement
- Partner with Field Marketing and Sales to plan and execute regional programs, events and executive engagements.
- Build repeatable field marketing processes: event planning checklists, budget tracking, timelines and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate with sales leaders and account teams so field programs target the right accounts and have clear follow-up plans.
- Track field program performance (attendance, pipeline influenced, cost per opportunity) and share results with leadership.
What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days
- First 30 days: Learn our GTM teams, vendors, and active projects, and document how work is requested and prioritized today.
- First 60 days: Launch the GTM Ops intake and prioritization process, with a single backlog and a regular review cadence with sales and marketing leaders, and complete a vendor inventory with renewal dates and spend.
- First 90 days: Lead at least one rollout from launch to measured adoption, and run field marketing programs on a repeatable planning and reporting process.
What You Need to be Successful
- 5+ years of experience in program management, GTM operations, marketing operations, sales strategy, or a related role at a B2B company.
- A proven track record of running cross-functional programs that involve sales, marketing, and outside partners.
- Hands-on vendor management experience, including evaluations, renewals, negotiations, and performance reviews.
- Experience leading change: rolling out new processes or programs and driving adoption with sales or marketing teams.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the judgment to know which workstreams matter most.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including updates and presentations for senior leaders.
- Comfort with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Smartsheet, and a working knowledge of how CRM and marketing tools support the funnel.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to grow with a fast-moving company.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience supporting field marketing, events, or ABM programs.
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or another B2B technology company.
- Formal training in program or change management (PMP, Prosci, Agile, or similar).
- Experience helping stand up a new team, operating model, or intake process.
- Early- or mid-stage company experience.
