Senior Golang Developer (AP/ SA) - 2 New Headcounts!!

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of Golang backend services;

• Participate in building core business systems, including modules for users, accounts, orders, payments, transactions, risk control, and settlement;

• Develop and optimize the performance of high-concurrency, high-availability services;

• Participate in the design of database schemas, APIs, caching mechanisms, and message queue architectures;

• Handle production issues and participate in troubleshooting, performance analysis, and system optimization;

• Collaborate with the DevOps team on service deployment, monitoring, alerting, logging, and stability enhancements;

• Participate in code reviews and drive improvements in engineering standards, API specifications, and code quality.

Key Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

• 5+ years of backend development experience, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with Golang;

• Proficient in Golang concurrency models, goroutines, channels, context, interfaces, error handling, and performance tuning;

• Familiar with common backend technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, message queues, HTTP, and gRPC;

• Experience in developing high-concurrency, high-availability, and distributed systems;

• Familiar with Linux environments, with basic skills in troubleshooting and service deployment;

• Experience with Instant Messaging (IM) systems is a plus;

• Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, cloud services, and CI/CD is a plus;

• Strong commitment to code quality; capable of independently designing and implementing modules;

• Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
