Senior Golang Developer

You will design, build, and maintain Golang backend services backed by PostgreSQL. You will deliver payment, transaction, banking, and provider integrations from requirements through production support, safeguard financial data and service stability, contribute to architecture, write automated tests, review code, and occasionally develop internal web interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang and PostgreSQL.
• Build and improve payment, transaction, banking, and payment-provider integrations.
• Own the development cycle from requirements clarification and implementation through production release and support.
• Ensure financial data reliability and consistency and maintain service stability.
• Participate in architectural discussions and improve the platform and codebase.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering quality.
• Collaborate on technical solutions and share engineering knowledge.
• Contribute to internal web interfaces using Vue or React and JavaScript or TypeScript when needed.

Requirements

• At least three years of production experience with Golang.
• Background in fintech, payments, or banking.
• Strong knowledge of relational database management systems, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and hands-on experience with Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Good knowledge of Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Automated testing skills, including unit and integration testing.
• Basic frontend skills and willingness to work on internal administration interfaces using Vue or React and JavaScript or TypeScript.
• B1 or B2 English proficiency.
• Ability to independently own work from requirements through production.
• Clear and constructive communication skills.
• Ability to discuss and challenge decisions when needed.
• Structured problem-solving skills.
