SENIOR GPU SERVER ENGINEER – DATA CENTER & AI INFRASTRUCTURE

Salary: ฿150,000 – ฿200,000 per month

Our client is a fast-growing technology company specializing in high-performance AI infrastructure and computing solutions. The company develops and operates advanced GPU-powered data center infrastructure, providing scalable computing capacity to support AI development, large-scale workloads, and enterprise applications. With a growing presence across Southeast Asia, the company is focused on expanding access to next-generation AI technology and building reliable, high-performance computing infrastructure for the future. Currently, they are seeking a Senior GPU Server Engineer to the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-performance GPU servers.

SENIOR GPU SERVER ENGINEER – DATA CENTER & AI INFRASTRUCTURE

BANGKOK – DATA CENTER UP TO 200K THB/MONTH

The Senior GPU Server Engineer will be responsible for supporting the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-performance GPU servers. This role is responsible for ensuring hardware reliability and deployment quality across international project sites, working closely with vendors and technical teams to resolve issues and support successful system delivery. This will involve the following key responsibilities:

• Assemble, rack, cable, and configure servers according to technical specifications.

• Verify CPU, memory, GPU, storage, networking, power, and cooling components.

• Conduct hardware diagnostics, stress tests, and system burn-in testing.

• Monitor system performance, temperatures, power consumption, and error logs, documenting results and issues.

• Diagnose hardware and system faults, including GPU detection failures, memory errors, boot issues, storage problems, and PCIe connectivity faults.

• Replace defective components and verify repairs.

• Install or update BIOS, BMC, GPU firmware, drivers, and basic Linux environments.

• Ensure compatibility, maintain version records, and perform rollbacks when necessary.

• Inspect cooling systems, fans, airflow, and power supplies.

• Perform component replacements and liquid-cooling maintenance within authorized procedures and safety requirements.

• Maintain accurate hardware configurations, serial numbers, testing results, and repair records.

• Coordinate with vendors on spare parts and warranty returns (RMA), collaborate with remote and onsite teams, and contribute to improving technical procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field required.

• A minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in server deployment, hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or technical support, preferably involving GPU servers.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.

• Experience with NVIDIA H200, B200, or other data center GPU server platforms.

• Familiarity with HGX systems, NVLink, NVSwitch, or liquid-cooled GPU server maintenance.

• Previous experience with a server manufacturer (OEM), system integrator, data center, or hardware after-sales support team.

• Able to independently assemble servers, diagnose hardware issues, and replace faulty components.

• Familiar with basic Linux operations and GPU/server diagnostic and stress-testing tools, such as DCGM, memtest, fio, or stress-ng.

• Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and awareness of onsite safety procedures.

• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
