Senior Graphic Designer

The Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual storytelling and elevate our brand identity. In this role, you will take ownership of complex design projects from concept to completion, bridging the gap between traditional design principles and cutting-edge technology. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is not only a master of industry-standard software but also highly proficient in integrating AI tools into their creative workflow to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-quality visual assets across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all creative deliverables align with the brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual excellence.
• AI Integration: Actively leverage and champion the use of Artificial Intelligence in the design process to accelerate ideation, generate visual assets, and optimize production workflows.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and communicating progress effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to translate strategic briefs into compelling visual campaigns.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma holder from a recognized Art or Design School.
• Advanced Software Skills: Mastery of industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using Generative AI tools or AI-powered plugins for image generation, retouching, background removal, and rapid prototyping.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, specifically within an interior design, architecture, or high-end real estate firm.
• Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and modern digital design.
