The Role
The Senior Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping design at CompanyCam, elevating how brand, product, and campaigns communicate and feel across every channel. You'll blend high-end craftsmanship with creative leadership, transforming visual content, aligning it to strategic objectives, and strengthening overall brand consistency. Working cross-functionally with brand, product, and marketing teams, you'll help define how design supports both user experience and brand expression, mentor others, build scalable systems, and push design forward through new tools and storytelling approaches. Reporting into creative leadership, you'll move fluidly between independently owning projects from brief intake to final delivery, and collaborating closely with design leadership to produce high-caliber, on-brand work that drives strategy forward.
Location: We welcome both local and remote applicants for this role. Local (Lincoln, NE) is preferred. Candidates must permanently live and work in the U.S. to be considered.
What You'll Do
Own projects independently from brief to final delivery, making sound creative decisions within a brief's parameters with minimal supervision or revision cycles
Create visual assets for digital and print media including campaigns, product launches, web, social, email, and events, working primarily in Adobe Creative Suite with supplemental use of Figma
Apply strong typography, layout, and color skills to adapt designs across channels while keeping visual consistency and production readiness
Use AI tools to accelerate production work like asset generation, format adaptation, and templating, freeing up your time for the creative judgment no tool replaces
Partner with Marketing, Product Design, and Internal Brand teams, collaborating with motion designers, copywriters, and marketing partners to turn strategy into cohesive visuals
Present design concepts and gather feedback, iterating efficiently across multiple stakeholders
Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines, auditing deliverables for consistency in typography, color, and tone
Maintain and evolve shared design systems and asset libraries across Adobe Libraries, Figma, Canva, and Bynder
Pressure-test every brief before execution begins, surfacing gaps and creative risks before they become revision loops
Model high creative standards and lead the team's AI tool adoption, building and sharing workflows that help everyone move faster
The Impact You'll Have
At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you're writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We're building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. In this role, you’ll drive impact by:
Strengthening brand consistency across every channel, so our marketing, product, and internal communications feel like one cohesive voice
Building scalable design systems and templates that empower non-designers to create confidently and stay on-brand
Mentoring and raising the bar on craft across the creative team, setting the standard for what great design looks like at CompanyCam
Turning strategy into visuals that move the business forward, working hand in hand with Marketing and Product Design
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field required
6 to 8 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showing a variety of work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with supplemental Figma experience

Excellent collaboration and presentation skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around creative ideas
Demonstrated mentorship and leadership within a creative team
Experience in a corporate in-house environment or large-scale brand management, preferred
Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools such as After Effects, preferred
A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
