Job Overview:

We're looking for a fast, creative, and tech-savvy designer who doesn't just use design tools—but masters them. If you're the kind of person who gets excited about the latest AI innovations, creates scroll-stopping content, and can turn around projects at lightning speed, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

● Design eye-catching graphics, social media posts, and marketing creatives

Produce engaging reels, short-form videos, and video content

● Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, DALL·E, Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) to work smarter and faster

● Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table

● Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create campaigns that resonate



Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Portfolio that screams creativity and versatility

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects)

  • Strong video editing and motion graphics skills

  • Experience with AI-powered design and video tools (Claude, Microsoft PowerPoint Certification)

  • Ability to work fast without compromising quality

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment


Bonus Points:

● Social media management experience

● Understanding of parenting/lifestyle content

● Experience creating content for large audiences
