\: Job Description
· Perform a wide range of graphic design work, including the design of templates, logos, stamps, printed materials, advertisements, and banners for celebrations, festivals, exhibitions, and other events, using advanced computer software in accordance with the work plan and relevant instructions.
· Prepare appropriate designs, templates, logos, advertisements, banners, posters, and promotional materials for the Municipality’s departments and sections using advanced computer software, ensuring effectiveness and accuracy in line with requirements.
· Ensure the accuracy and quality of artwork produced by advertising artists, including lettering on wooden, metal, and plastic advertising boards, as well as the production of backlit advertising signs and other related materials. Provide them with training on the artistic execution of designs, shapes, and logos.
· Prepare reports on completed work, highlighting any obstacles and challenges encountered during the work and the measures taken to overcome them, and submit such reports to the direct supervisor in a timely manner.
· Perform all assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Department’s approved information security and confidentiality policies and within the delegated authorities.
