Responsible for developing and producing creative visual communications that support marketing, sales, employee engagement, and corporate initiatives. Serves as a senior creative resource by developing strategic visual solutions, maintaining brand standards, and creating digital and print materials, presentations, event graphics, and other branded assets that effectively communicate organizational objectives. Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to ensure visual communications are compelling, consistent, and aligned with business goals.

What you will be doing:
  • Develops and produces visual communications that support marketing, sales, employee engagement, and corporate initiatives.
  • Designs print and digital materials, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, signage, trade show graphics, and other branded assets.
  • Creates content for websites, social media, email campaigns, digital displays, and intranet platforms.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to develop creative solutions that support business objectives.
  • Ensures brand consistency and quality across all communications.
  • Manages multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines and business needs.
  • Uses project management software to track requests, approvals, and timelines.
  • Maintains digital asset libraries, templates, photography, and brand resources.
  • Prepares and reviews files for print and digital production.
  • Coordinates with printers, vendors, and external partners to ensure quality and cost-effective execution.
  • Stays current on design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
What you need:
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of print production, digital marketing channels, and marketing communications best practices.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions that support business objectives and effectively communicate complex information.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build productive working relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, creativity, sound judgment, and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in current design software, workflow management tools, and emerging AI-enabled technologies.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible professional graphic design experience required.
  • Experience managing complex creative projects from concept through final production required.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual communications, creative problem-solving, and multi-channel design.
  • Experience supporting both print and digital marketing initiatives preferred.

  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design
  • Microsoft Word
Intermediate:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Teams
Preferred:
  • SharePoint
  • Adobe Workfront
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Adobe Firefly or similar AI-powered creative tools
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides creative leadership and guidance to team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
  • While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and work at a computer.
  • Frequently required to use hands to operate computer equipment and other office technology.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or lift materials.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color differentiation, and the ability to work on a computer screen for extended periods.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
