Job Overview

Working for a UK based Marketing company, you will be designing a variety of things across digital and offline media which need to be eye catching. Following your brief, you will develop appropriate creative ideas and concepts that meet the clients objectives. To be successful in this position, you will be a self starter, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, have a full understanding of all aspects of design and have superior attention to detail.

Responsibilities

· Coordinating with Lead Designer to get complete brief of project

· Provide time estimation to the Lead Designer for the project

· Creating designs that are in line with industry requirements

· Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials

· Present ideas to Lead Designer

· illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type and style and submitting them for approval

· Coordinating with Lead Designer on all projects

· Communicating with Lead Designer or Clients on layout and design

· Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, websites, social media use etc.

· Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary

Requirements

· You must be an expert in Adobe Illustrator

· You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

· You must be able to be creative and design from scratch

· Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field

· Experience as a graphic designer

· You must have experience of working for western clients and understanding their design aesthetic

· Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio with western clients

· Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools - we use Adobe

· A strong eye for visual composition

· Effect time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

· Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design

· Fluency in English is a must to a professional standard
