We're looking for a Graphic Designer who understands how to create beautiful, premium creative assets for women's fashion and apparel brands. You will produce Amazon product listings, storefronts, and DTC assets for a portfolio of consumer product brands, with one of the primary accounts being an established legwear and hosiery brand with over 55 years of heritage currently relaunching across Amazon and DTC.

The most important thing we are looking for is a designer who gets women's fashion creative at a high-end level. Previous candidates have submitted work that was technically competent but missed the mark aesthetically for a clothing brand — the assets did not feel like they belonged in the premium fashion space. If your portfolio shows that you understand how to design for women's apparel and lifestyle brands with a genuine sense of style and visual refinement, we want to talk. Amazon-specific experience is a plus but not a barrier to entry — strong designers with the right aesthetic sensibility and a willingness to learn platform requirements will be considered.

This role also has an exciting DTC component coming. The brand is preparing to relaunch its shoppable website and there is a significant opportunity for the right designer to contribute to that work alongside the Amazon creative.

What You'll Work On

Amazon Product Listing Creative

Design main images, lifestyle imagery, and infographic image stacks for Amazon product listings
Create stylized, informative product infographics that communicate key benefits clearly and visually
Apply strong layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling to every listing image set
Ensure all assets meet Amazon's technical specifications and content standards

A+ Content and Brand Storytelling

Design A+ Content modules that tell a compelling brand story and drive conversion
Structure content flows that guide the customer through the product story logically and visually
Maintain a premium aesthetic that reflects the brand's positioning and target customer
A+ Content experience is preferred but not required — strong designers will be trained on platform requirements

Amazon Storefront Design

Design and update Amazon Brand Storefronts that are visually cohesive and easy to navigate
Create storefront layouts that showcase the full product range and support cross-sell and upsell

DTC and Website Creative

Produce creative assets for DTC e-commerce including product pages, email graphics, and promotional banners
Support the upcoming DTC website relaunch with design assets and page-level creative direction
Apply the same premium aesthetic to DTC work as to Amazon creative

Web Design Support

Assist with web design work in Figma for landing pages, product pages, and site updates as needed
Collaborate with the broader team on the brand's shoppable website relaunch

What You Bring

A portfolio that demonstrates a genuine understanding of premium women's fashion and apparel aesthetics — this is the primary filter for this role
Experience designing for women's apparel, intimates, shapewear, tights, hosiery, lifestyle brands, or similar fashion-adjacent categories
A strong, independent design eye with the ability to make strategic creative decisions about layout, storytelling, and visual hierarchy
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
Ability to work independently, deliver on time, and communicate clearly throughout every project
Willingness to learn Amazon-specific requirements and platform standards if not already familiar

Nice to Have

Prior experience designing Amazon product listings, A+ Content, or Brand Storefronts
Web design experience in Figma for DTC or e-commerce sites
Background designing for heritage or legacy fashion brands undergoing a relaunch
Experience working with consumer product portfolios or multi-brand companies
