Senior Graphic Designer

Job Type: Full-time - Remote/Onsite/Hybrid

Our client is looking for an experienced graphic designer with leadership skills who oversees digital design projects and team workflows, combining hands-on design with managing reviews and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct design projects from concept to completion, on time and to client expectations
• Develop design strategies with creative and marketing teams
• Create digital assets: social graphics, banners, infographics and newsletters
• Establish branding standards across digital platforms and campaigns
• Act as liaison between designers and clients on concepts and feedback
• Run design reviews and give constructive critique
• Manage multiple projects at once and oversee external vendors

Required Skills

• 4+ years of industry experience, working both collaboratively and independently
• Strong portfolio showing creativity and technical skill
• Deep understanding of composition, typography and color theory
• Graphic design experience with a digital focus, ideally in leadership roles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign) and Figma
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Agency experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills in english (both written and verbal)
