Morphogenesis is looking for a Visual Communications Manager to lead the design language across our digital, print, and internal communication touchpoints.

Own website design and UI/UX, including regular content updates and improvements.

Design and manage award entries end-to-end - visual storytelling that does justice to our work.

Create social media creatives aligned with brand voice and visual identity.

Build internal presentations for leadership, pitches, and firm-wide communication.

Support brand identity work across collateral, templates, and communication material.

Work with architectural drawings and translate technical content into compelling visual narratives.

Collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications team to bring campaigns and stories to life visually.



Requirements

Strong hands-on proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and AI design tools.

Working knowledge of WordPress for website content management.

An eye for detail, brand consistency, and visual storytelling.

Ability to juggle multiple projects - from a quick social creative to a full award submission - without dropping quality.

Experience in architecture, design, or a related creative industry is a plus.

Prior exposure to Illustrator and Premiere Pro is a bonus, though not essential for this role.
