👉 Why We Need You

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team. In this role, you will lead the development of high-quality visual designs across digital and print platforms while helping shape the company's creative direction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and business objectives.

👉 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the creation of high-quality visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing campaigns, website graphics, social media content, branding materials, and advertisements.

• Develop engaging Key Visuals (KVs) and campaign concepts that effectively communicate brand messages.

• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, UX/UI, Web Development, and other stakeholders to deliver creative solutions.

• Provide creative guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers.

• Review design quality and ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, technical specifications, and project objectives.

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and quality.

• Work with external vendors, printers, and production partners when required.

• Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.

👉 What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital marketing, and creative campaign work.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding.

• Experience designing for digital platforms, websites, social media, and print production.

• Strong creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.

👉 Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro for motion graphics and basic video editing.

• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX design tools.

• Understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX best practices.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.

• Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT to improve design workflows.

• Previous experience mentoring designers, reviewing creative work, or leading design projects.

• Experience working on digital marketing campaigns or performance marketing creatives is a plus.
