About the role
We’re looking for a mid–senior graphic designer to join our growing in-house creative studio. You’ll create high-quality work that supports our brand, marketing, and wider business goals. This is a varied, hands-on role with opportunities to shape creative output, influence the team, and make a lasting impact on the brand.
Key responsibilities
Turn creative briefs into compelling design across campaigns, digital, events, and more
Contribute ideas and creative thinking, not just execution
Deliver consistently high-quality, accurate, and on-brand creative
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and keeping work on track
Apply brand guidelines with confidence while identifying opportunities to evolve them
Support and mentor junior designers where needed
About you
6+ years' experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong craft and strategic design thinking
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
Confident designing in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Experience across both digital and print, with an understanding of designing for different formats and channels
Strong understanding of brand systems and the role of design in B2B marketing
Nice to have
Experience with Figma and other design tools
Experience designing for motion, video, or UI
How you work
You have a strong grasp of design fundamentals and understand the thinking behind effective design, not just the aesthetics
You're a conceptual thinker who can generate ideas while balancing practical delivery
You're highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities independently
You're confident presenting your work and explaining your creative decisions
You're collaborative, low ego, and enjoy working as part of a team
