About iGaming Academy

iGaming Academy is a leading provider of compliance and professional skills training for the global gaming industry. As part of SiGMA Group, we work with industry experts and businesses worldwide to deliver high-quality practical training.

We help gaming businesses train their teams, meet regulatory requirements, and create safer, more knowledgeable workplaces.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to take ownership of visual design across iGaming Academy’s brand, marketing, educational content, and event presence.

This is a hands-on role for a creative professional who combines strong design skills with independent project ownership and creative thinking. You’ll work across a wide range of formats, from social media campaigns and email marketing to e-learning illustrations, brand identity, and exhibition stand design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Identity and Visual Design

Contribute to brand development, create visual concepts for new initiatives, and ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

  • Social Media and Digital Marketing

Create engaging designs for social media channels, including campaign visuals, promotional graphics, and branded content. Develop creative assets that support marketing campaigns and communicate our services effectively.

  • Email Marketing

Design email campaign visuals, banners, and supporting graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

  • E-learning Illustrations and Educational Content

Create original illustrations and visual assets for our e-learning courses. Work with relevant teams to turn complex topics into clear, engaging visuals that support learning objectives and improve the learner experience.

  • Exhibition and Event Design

Develop exhibition stand concepts and designs, taking projects from initial ideas through to production-ready artwork. Prepare print-ready files, follow technical specifications, and ensure all materials meet brand and quality standards.

  • Creative Project Ownership

Manage design projects independently, from understanding the brief and developing concepts to incorporating feedback and delivering final assets. Prioritise competing requests, manage deadlines, and maintain consistent quality across projects.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, e-learning, and other internal teams to understand project requirements, contribute creative ideas, and deliver design solutions that meet business needs.

  • Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve visual communications, streamline creative workflows, and strengthen our brand and content.

Requirements

  • Significant professional experience in graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio across digital and print formats.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proven experience developing brand identities and maintaining consistent visual branding across multiple channels.
  • Strong experience creating digital marketing assets, including social media designs, email campaign visuals, and promotional materials.
  • Excellent illustration skills, ideally with experience producing educational, explanatory, or e-learning visuals.
  • Experience designing exhibition stands or other large-format print materials, including preparing production-ready artwork.
  • Ability to manage projects independently, from the initial brief and creative concept through to final delivery.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high design standards across multiple projects.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to contribute ideas and recommend creative solutions.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Nice to Have

  • Photography skills and experience capturing professional-quality images.
  • Video shooting and editing skills, particularly for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience creating motion graphics or animations.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, educational content, or instructional design.
  • Experience working with international brands or across multiple business areas.

What Success Looks Like
