Senior Graphic Designer - Visual Identity & Branding (iGaming)
iHunters is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer specialized in Visual Identity and Branding to join the creative team of a global operator in iGaming.
This role is focused on creating, developing, and evolving visual identities for brands, campaigns, products, initiatives, and special projects.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of branding and visual systems, with particular expertise in logo design, typography, color, graphic language, and visual consistency. They should be able to transform a concept or strategic direction into a distinctive and cohesive visual identity that can be applied across multiple touchpoints.
This is a highly conceptual and craft-focused role for a designer who is passionate about building identities rather than simply producing individual assets.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Identity & Branding

Develop complete visual identities from concept through final execution.

Create and refine logos, symbols, wordmarks, monograms, and visual marks.

Develop comprehensive visual identity systems, including:

Logo systems and variations

Typography and type hierarchy

Color palettes
-
Graphic elements
-
Patterns and textures
-
Iconography
-

Establish clear and scalable visual systems that maintain consistency across different applications.

Evolve and expand existing brand identities while protecting their core characteristics.

Create visual identity guidelines and documentation when required.
-
Ensure identities are distinctive, recognizable, flexible, and appropriate for their intended audience.
Concept Development

Translate creative briefs, strategic objectives, and brand positioning into strong visual concepts.

Explore multiple creative territories and design directions.
-
Develop moodboards, visual explorations, sketches, references, and initial concepts.
-
Build ideas from early exploration into refined visual identities.
-
Present and explain creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders.
-
Challenge briefs and propose stronger visual solutions when appropriate.
Logo Design
-
Lead the development of logos and visual marks from initial exploration to final artwork.

Explore typography, lettering, symbols, geometry, proportions, and visual relationships.
-
Develop logo families and responsive logo systems when required.
-
Ensure logos work across different sizes, backgrounds, formats, and applications.
-
Create distinctive marks that are both visually compelling and strategically relevant.

Prepare final logo assets and usage specifications.
Brand Applications

Translate visual identities into practical applications across multiple touchpoints.
-
Design key visuals and supporting assets that demonstrate how the identity works in real-world contexts.

Apply identity systems consistently across digital, social, marketing, promotional, event, and physical environments.

Define how typography, imagery, color, graphic elements, and composition work together within the identity.

Work closely with other designers and creative teams to ensure consistent implementation.
Art Direction & Quality

Maintain a high level of visual craft and attention to detail.

Establish and protect the visual quality of brand identities.
-
Provide art direction and design guidance when identity systems are implemented by other designers or external partners.

Review creative work and ensure it remains aligned with the established identity.

Identify opportunities to strengthen and evolve visual systems over time.
What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, visual identity, or a related field.

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end visual identity projects.

Extensive experience creating and developing logos and visual identity systems.
