Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttara, responsible for leading visual design for Wener Electricals’ brand and product communications. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics for print and digital channels, developing and refining brand identities, and designing packaging, marketing collateral, social media creatives and promotional materials. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales and product teams to translate business objectives into clear visual concepts, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, and preparing production-ready files for vendors and printers. The Senior Graphic Designer will mentor junior designers, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and contribute creative ideas to campaigns, product launches and dealer communications.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visuals for print and digital media.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with the ability to select and apply type for clear, visually appealing communication.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent) and familiarity with layout, color and composition principles.
• Experience in packaging design, marketing collateral and product-focused visuals, ideally within consumer goods or electrical/electronics sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, attention to detail and consistent, high-quality execution across projects.
• Ability to work on-site in Uttara, collaborate across teams, manage deadlines and communicate effectively with non-design stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in a senior or lead design role is preferred
