About the role
We are looking to hire a Senior Grill Chef for our Tierra Astur restaurant in Oviedo. If you are a professional of the grill with mastery of the product, accustomed to managing high volumes of work, and you want to lead one of the key stations in our house, we want to meet you!
What you'll do
Integral management of the grill station, lighting and exact control of the embers, butchery, cutting, and preparation of local meats and sausages, rigorous control of cooking temperatures at the pace of service, maintenance of hygiene and safety standards, and fluid coordination with the rest of the kitchen.
What we're looking for
Demonstrable experience of at least 2 to 3 years as a grill chef in steakhouses or restaurants with a high volume of orders.
