Senior Group Controller

Help shape Finance in a growing Deep Tech company

At Subra, we're building a growing international deep tech business, and we're looking for a Senior Group Controller to join our small Finance team in Måløv.

In this role, you'll work closely with our CFO and colleagues across the business to support sound decision making, strengthen financial processes, and help ensure sustainable growth. You'll have the opportunity to combine hands-on financial expertise with business partnering and process development, making a visible impact on the company's future.

In close cooperation with our CFO you will handle intercompany flows, drive the consolidation process between the Danish company and German subsidiary, ensure proper transfer-pricing documentation, and prepare materials for Group audits. Further you will lead the Group’s efforts to align processes in accounting and be the sparring partner for the finance colleagues in Denmark and Germany.

Within the next couple of years Subra will grow and develop significantly and the role is expected to grow. For the right candidate, there will be the possibility to grow in the role and take more responsibility.

We're seeking a finance professional who enjoys working collaboratively, taking initiative, and improving how things are done. Whether your background comes from financial controlling, audit, accounting, or group reporting, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll bring

• Experience within accounting, financial controlling, audit, or group reporting
• Strong understanding of Danish accounting requirements
• Knowledge of manufacturing finance, inventory accounting, and costing is preferred but not a prerequisite
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and advanced Excel reporting.
• Strong interest in process improvements and partnering with colleagues across the business
• Fluent English skills, written and spoken
