Senior Growth Account Manager, Performance & AI (Marketing Agency)

We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Account Manager to work closely with leading coaches and education businesses across MENA and the GCC.

Location: Lebanon — fully remote

Monthly compensation: $2,000–$3,000 USD

Languages: Idiomatic Arabic and fluent English

For the higher end of the range, we are looking for someone with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong direct response agency experience, and practical AI skills. Experience with GCC clients and coaching or education businesses is especially valuable.

We are an award-winning boutique marketing agency helping coaches and education businesses grow across MENA and the GCC. Our clients have a combined audience of tens of millions of people. We work closely with them to improve their advertising, offers, sales funnels, and follow-up—not just their social media presence.

Our founder, Hicham Zaraket (https://www.instagram.com/thezaraket/), previously worked at Facebook and is based in Berlin. Our team of 12 works across Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, and Morocco.

We are now looking for someone who enjoys working with clients, understands performance marketing, and knows how to use AI to get things done.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a well-rounded marketer who enjoys working with clients and turning ideas into results. You will manage a small portfolio of coaching and education clients, lead their calls, and help improve their campaigns. You should understand the full customer journey, from the ad and landing page to the follow-up and sale, and be comfortable working directly with the tools behind it.

Working closely with Hicham and our team, you will combine planning with practical work: developing campaign ideas, improving copy and funnels, and using AI to create and build. We are looking for someone curious and resourceful who enjoys solving problems and moving things forward

YOUR MISSION

• Lead client relationships: Understand their business, lead calls, explain results, and agree on clear next steps.
• Improve campaign performance: Review ads, landing pages, and follow-up to find what needs changing and put improvements into action.
• Develop and test ideas: Work with our media buyer on campaign strategy, new ad angles, creative tests, and performance improvements.
• Create with AI: Use AI and marketing tools to research audiences, write copy, create visuals, build pages, and improve workflows.
• Keep projects moving: Work closely with the team, contribute directly, and make sure work is completed well and on time.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You should have hands-on experience with paid advertising, marketing copy, and sales funnels—not only client communication. You are comfortable using marketing tools yourself and can show examples of work you have created, launched, or improved.

Experience in a digital or performance marketing agency is especially valuable, along with practical AI skills and experience working with GCC audiences and the coaching industry.
