Senior Growth Analyst

Lead and mentor Growth Analysts, manage growth projects, coordinate client meetings, track campaign KPIs, analyze growth data, resolve execution bottlenecks, apply Web3, DeFi, and NFT knowledge to campaigns, and support business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Growth Analysts
• Oversee end-to-end execution of growth projects
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates
• Produce meeting minutes to track action items and decisions
• Develop and maintain client and partner relationships
• Execute marketing campaigns and monitor KPIs
• Apply Web3 protocol knowledge to campaign work
• Collaborate with Business Development and Communications teams
• Conduct market research
• Analyze growth and campaign performance data
• Ensure content aligns with strategy and branding guidelines
• Report daily project updates to co-founders
• Identify and resolve project bottlenecks
• Assist with business development activities as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing strategy and growth initiatives for technical products or services
• Experience with protocol-type product growth and partnerships in Web3 preferred
• Strong understanding of Web3 audiences and market trends
• Knowledge of developer relations and business development practices
• Familiarity with market research methodologies
• Proficiency in analyzing user acquisition, engagement, and retention data
• Familiarity with communication and branding guidelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Passion for blockchain and decentralized technologies with a strong understanding of how they work
