Senior Growth and Performance Marketing Manager

The Senior Growth & Performance Marketing Manager is a high-ownership, strategically driven marketing leader responsible for the execution and performance optimization of our multi-channel customer acquisition funnels. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role serves as the central engine driving web traffic stability, website registrations, and conversion performance within the broader marketing strategy established by the Senior Director of Marketing.

This position focuses heavily on growth strategy, performance marketing, funnel architecture, and brand alignment. The Senior Growth & Performance Marketing Manager directly manages and develops designated Marketing team members, while also providing functional leadership to external agency partners (such as Chatter Buzz and other agencies) and cross-functional internal resources, elevating performance across search engine optimization (SEO), paid media (PPC), social, and lifecycle marketing.
