You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to design and execute strategies that attract, retain, and delight learners — contributing to Utiva’s mission of empowering people worldwide with future-ready skills.

- Generate leads, prospect clients, and close sales
- Engage prospective students, promote the organisation's programs, and convert leads
- Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams on sales strategies
- Maintain records of student payments and performance dashboards
- Represent the company in meetings and business discussions
- Carry out other assigned duties
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience
- BSC/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Mature, responsible, and self-driven
- Ability to work independently and in a team
