Senior Growth Manager (B2C)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Growth Manager (B2C) to drive learner acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth for our EdTech platform. The ideal candidate will lead data-driven growth strategies that attract learners, improve course completion rates, and scale our consumer education products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2C and B2B growth strategies for learner acquisition and engagement
  • Drive end-to-end user lifecycle growth (acquisition, activation, retention, referral)
  • Design and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Analyze learner behavior and data to improve conversion and course completion rates
  • Lead growth experiments, A/B testing, and funnel optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to improve learner experience
  • Identify and scale high-performing acquisition channels for EdTech users
  • Track, analyze, and report key growth and learning performance metrics




Requirements


  • 5 years experience in B2C growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing (EdTech experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention in digital learning platforms
  • Experience managing paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize funnels
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing analytics tools
  • Strong communication, leadership, and execution skills
  • Proven ability to scale user growth for digital or education products

Nice to Have

  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
  • Knowledge of product-led growth (PLG) strategies
  • Experience improving learner engagement or course completion rates
  • Experience leading small growth or marketing teams
