About CavePay

Please dome some research before applying : https://cavepay.us/getstarted

CavePay is a seedless self-custody crypto wallet, built as a native desktop app for Windows and macOS with optional KYC. Instead of a traditional seed phrase, users sign in with a username, password, and FaceLock (biometric facial recognition), while an MPC (multi-party computation) architecture keeps private keys split and secure — full control stays with the user, not with us.

Beyond storage, the wallet handles buying, selling, and swapping crypto, mobile top-ups, gift cards, and DeFi access — with a self-custody debit card launching Q4 2026, following our recently closed seed round. We serve 100,000+ users across 179 countries in 10 languages, support 130 assets across major blockchains, and have never had a reported security breach. We don't sell user data and we don't run ads.

The Role

You'll own day-to-day growth execution across all our markets, reporting to our Head of Marketing. This is a hands-on role: running campaigns, managing KOL relationships, and living in the funnel data every day — all pointed at reaching the people who gave up on self-custody before they ever found us.

What you'll do

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute end-to-end growth campaigns across CavePay's product surface: wallet onboarding, buy/sell, swaps, mobile top-ups, gift cards, and DeFi access
  • Build the pre-launch campaign for our Q4 2026 self-custody debit card, including waitlist growth and early-access mechanics
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, positioning, and acquisition mechanics — particularly around how we explain "seedless self-custody" to non-technical audiences
  • Work with design and product to ship localized campaign assets across our priority languages, on time and on spec
  • Design and run user incentive programs: referral rewards, first-swap incentives, and activation campaigns

2. KOL & Affiliate Program Management

  • Own our KOL program end-to-end: sourcing, onboarding, briefing, performance tracking, and payout management
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for KOL partners — respond to queries, distribute briefing materials, confirm referral link setup, and keep partners engaged
  • Build a roster weighted toward crypto educators, security-focused creators, and self-custody advocates rather than trading-signal accounts — our story is about ownership, not volume
  • Recruit across X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram, and regional platforms in the markets we prioritize Track per-partner performance (referrals, installs, funded wallets) and compile weekly summaries

3. User Acquisition & Activation

  • Own the acquisition funnel end-to-end: click → desktop install → account creation → first deposit → first transaction
  • Desktop install is a higher-friction step than a mobile app download; reducing drop-off there is one of the most valuable things you can work on
  • Build referral and onboarding playbooks that move new users to a funded wallet and first transaction within their first session or two
  • Identify drop-off at each funnel stage and design targeted re-engagement interventions Grow activation in our existing 179 markets while identifying which deserve dedicated localized effort

4. Data, Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor daily performance: installs, account creations, activation rate, funded wallets, swap volume, transaction frequency, DAU/MAU
  • Prepare weekly performance reports for the Head of Marketing, flagging deviations from target with root-cause analysis
  • Maintain tracking files: KOL roster and performance log, campaign ROI tracker, activation trends by market, competitor observations
  • Present monthly growth reviews with WoW and MoM comparisons across acquisition, activation, and retention

What you'll need

  • 2–4 years in growth marketing, campaign operations, or community management — preferably in Web3, crypto, fintech, or gaming
  • Genuine familiarity with crypto communities and how they actually behave online: Crypto Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, Discord
  • Proven experience managing KOL or affiliate relationships with measurable acquisition outcomes
  • Strong data literacy — comfortable pulling dashboard reports, maintaining tracking spreadsheets, and making decisions from metrics rather than instinct
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple markets or languages, and an instinct for what translates and what doesn't
  • Highly organized, able to run campaigns, partner relationships, and reporting simultaneously without dropping threads
  • Able to explain technical concepts in plain language. You don't need to understand MPC cryptography, but you do need to make a non-technical person understand why holding their own keys matters

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing a wallet, exchange, or consumer fintech product
  • Familiarity with self-custody concepts and the custodial vs. non-custodial debate
  • Working proficiency in an additional language relevant to our user base
  • Experience with a card or payments product launch

What we offer

  • Type: Full-time employee position, immediate start
  • Commitment: Full-time
  • Fully remote, flexible schedule
  • Yearly bonus based on performance
  • Yearly token allocation with standard vesting

Specific terms are will be discussed during the interview process based on experience and location.

To Apply

Please email the following to hr@cavepay.us:

  1. Your resume, portfolio, website, or anything you could share about yourself
  2. A KOL or affiliate relationship you managed, and how you measured whether it worked

Shortlised candidate will be emailed with the next rounds.
