We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in the Mumbai region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility across various digital platforms. You will leverage your expertise in performance marketing to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with business objectives. - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive user acquisition and engagement. - Utilize analytics tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and GA4 to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. - Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports to present to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement. Required Skills: - Proven experience in growth marketing, particularly in performance marketing. - Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Familiarity with analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and GA4. - Experience in working with agencies or within fintech, D2C, or consumer tech sectors is a plus. - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
