Senior GTM Recruiter
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter based in the United States.
This is a high-impact recruiting role focused on building and scaling a high-performing go-to-market organization across the Americas.
You’ll own full-cycle searches spanning sales roles from Account Executives through senior sales leadership.
Working closely with hiring managers and senior sales leaders, you’ll shape hiring strategies and define what exceptional talent looks like.
You’ll build proactive talent pipelines that anticipate organizational growth rather than simply responding to open requisitions.
The role combines hands-on recruiting with strategic talent advisory, market intelligence, and process improvement.
You’ll operate in a fast-moving, remote-first technology environment where curiosity, adaptability, and thoughtful decision-making are highly valued.
Your work will directly influence revenue growth while ensuring candidates receive a professional, engaging, and candidate-first experience.
Accountabilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles across the Americas, managing searches from intake and sourcing through assessment, closing, and onboarding.
- Partner closely with sales leaders and hiring managers to define hiring priorities, clarify role requirements, establish evaluation criteria, and align on what exceptional talent looks like.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines that anticipate future hiring needs and support continued expansion of the sales organization.
- Identify, attract, assess, and engage high-caliber sales professionals across different levels, including Account Executives and sales leadership.
- Evaluate sales talent using relevant indicators such as quota attainment, sales methodology expertise, MEDDPICC fluency, enterprise selling experience, and overall sales acumen.
- Deliver a consistent, thoughtful, and candidate-first experience throughout the recruiting process, ensuring strong communication and engagement at every stage.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations on talent availability, compensation, recruiting strategies, and market trends.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, systems, and workflows so they can scale effectively while preserving a personalized and human candidate experience.
- Stay adaptable as priorities evolve, balancing multiple searches and changing business requirements in a fast-growing environment.
- Bring creativity and curiosity to talent sourcing, including identifying strong candidates through unconventional channels and networks.
- Contribute to building a strong recruiting function and a high-performing sales organization aligned with broader business growth objectives.
- Strong professional experience recruiting primarily for go-to-market and sales positions, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, developer tools, or another technology environment.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment processes for sales professionals, with the ability to source, assess, influence, and close high-quality candidates.
- Proven experience partnering with senior executives, sales leaders, and hiring managers on business-critical and high-priority searches.
- Strong understanding of sales talent assessment, including familiarity with MEDDPICC, quota attainment, enterprise sales motions, and indicators of sales effectiveness.
- Ability to operate as a strategic talent advisor rather than simply an order-taker, confidently challenging assumptions and providing informed recommendations to hiring leaders.
- Experience building proactive recruiting pipelines and talent strategies that support organizational growth.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and the ability to create, adapt, and scale processes as business needs evolve.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Adaptable, curious, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment where priorities can change quickly.
- A candidate-first mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering a respectful, transparent, and engaging recruiting experience.
- Interest in open source, cybersecurity, developer tools, or the broader technology ecosystem is a plus.
- Candidates whose experience is close to the requirements are encouraged to apply, including those who bring unconventional backgrounds or perspectives.
- Competitive compensation: Base salary range of $150,000–$165,000 USD.
- Remote-first culture: Work remotely with opportunities to connect with colleagues through team meetups and biannual destination summits.
- Flexible work support: Monthly stipend available for coworking spaces, phone, and internet expenses.
- Equity: Stock options granted upon hire and promotion, with opportunities to participate in secondary offerings and an extended 10-year exercise period.
- Comprehensive healthcare: 100% of health, vision, and dental insurance premiums covered for employees and dependents.
- Flexible time off: Unlimited flexible time off designed to support rest, recharge, and sustainable performance.
- Parental leave: 18 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents and 12 weeks for non-birthing parents, with flexible usage during the child’s first year.
- Collaborative environment: A culture built around customer focus, intentional action, transparency, trust, and assuming positive intent.
- Professional growth: An opportunity to play a meaningful role in scaling a technology company and shaping its go-to-market talent strategy.
- Inclusive workplace: Commitment to equal opportunity and to building teams with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
