【Team and Role Summary 】
We are a global IC-testing Hardware design team supporting probe card and load board design in the semiconductor industry. In this role, you will own the end-to-end PCB/MLO design process from project kickoff to fabrication. 【Key Responsibilities】
1.Design and develop medium- to high-complexity MLO/PCB test boards, covering various products and applications, including CP, FT, WLFT, PMIC, and RF, with the ability to independently complete projects.
2.Develop comprehensive circuit and layout design solutions based on customer requirements, specifications, and design changes, including schematic design, component placement, layer stack-up planning, and MLO/PCB routing.
3.Review and organize design documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements, PCB fabrication (PCB Fab) capabilities, and SMT/assembly process and specification requirements.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution, including design planning, task coordination, technical communication, design integration, and schedule tracking to ensure timely project completion.
5.Coordinate with venders on PCB materials, board thickness, manufacturing processes, and fabrication-related issues, and support the resolution of design and manufacturing problems.
6.Contributes to the improvement of MLO/PCB design processes and guidelines, identifying common design issues, manufacturing risks, and project requirements, and proposing improvement solutions to enhance design efficiency, quality, and project execution.
