Senior Hardware Engineer/On-Site Engineer (OCONUS)
Summary
On-site senior hardware engineer for an Intelligence Community services contractor, based OCONUS in the UK. Day to day involves Tier 4 break/fix and management of onsite Dell/EMC server, storage, network, and backup hardware, including part installation, sanitization/disposal, and ticket resolution; requires an active TS/SCI with CI polygraph and Security+ or CISSP.
Position Name: Senior Hardware Engineer - On-Site
Location: OCONUS, UK
Clearance: Must have a current and active TS/SCI with CI Poly

- Retrieving parts or components from site security.
- Installing parts or components, performing part retention/sanitization process, and resolve ticket with the DPCC.
- Gathering tag information from the part/system being replaced and provide this information to customer via secured communication.
- Managing site replacement part handling requirements including installation coordination and part disposal with site contacts.
- Ensure all hardware is operational or all known avenues of repair have been exhausted.
- 10+ years of Hardware Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity within the Federal Government is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading a team is required.
- All HWE/OSEs will be required to obtain and keep current Security+ and/or CISSP certification.
- All HWE/OSEs will be required to keep current on customer required training for Privileged User (PU) access.
- Experience in Tier 4 Break/Fix work.
Required Clearance
- An active TS/SCI and a polygraph
Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)
Note: The above salary range is a guideline and represents a broad spectrum of potential compensation. We recognize that a candidate's unique experience and qualifications may justify compensation beyond this range. Therefore, we remain open to considering higher salary offers for exceptionally qualified candidates.
