Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to join our R&D team for the development of power supply and electronic products. Our products include switching power supplies, adapters, chargers, transformers, PCBA, and related electronic solutions for global customers.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in hardware circuit design, power electronics development, and product validation within an OEM/ODM manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and customer teams to support new product development and technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop switching power supplies, adapters, chargers, transformers, and related electronic products
• Perform hardware circuit design, schematic development, PCB review, debugging, and product validation
• Support AC/DC and DC/DC power conversion design and optimization
• Conduct circuit testing, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and engineering verification
• Optimize EMI/EMC, thermal performance, power efficiency, and product reliability
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, SMT, and quality teams during product development and NPI stages
• Support prototype builds, engineering samples, testing, and mass production transfer
• Assist in product certification activities including UL, CE, FCC, CCC, and related safety standards
• Work closely with customers on technical requirements, issue resolution, and engineering support
• Prepare engineering documentation including BOM, specifications, test reports, and technical files
• Support continuous improvement, cost reduction, and design optimization initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Power Electronics, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of hardware design experience in power supply or electronics manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of switching power supplies, adapters, chargers, transformers, and power conversion technologies
• Familiar with Flyback, LLC, Forward, Half-Bridge, Full-Bridge, and DC/DC converter topologies
• Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design, EMI/EMC, thermal management, and magnetic components
• Experience with schematic design, PCB layout review, debugging, and hardware validation
• Familiar with international safety and compliance standards for electronic products
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Proficient in engineering development and testing tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in OEM/ODM manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with SMT, PCBA, and manufacturing processes
• Experience supporting multinational customers and international projects
• Knowledge of product reliability testing and certification processes
• Proficiency in local languages (Spanish for Mexico / Vietnamese for Vietnam) is a plus
