About the company

We are an international iGaming company with an in-house product - a web-based online casino platform.

The company is actively expanding into new international GEOs and is looking for a strong marketing leader who can build and scale acquisition in new markets.

Current focus: Tier 1 markets and LATAM.

Responsibilities

- launch the product in new GEOs;
- build and test acquisition strategies;
- manage performance marketing;
- develop influence marketing through influencers and streamers;
- work with affiliate / CPA partners and affiliate networks;
- allocate and reallocate marketing budgets between channels;
- track CAC, CPA, FTD, LTV, ROMI and funnel conversion;
- identify successful GEO + channel + offer combinations;
- scale profitable channels;
- stop inefficient channels and reallocate resources;
- work closely with product, design and external contractors;
- report directly to the Founder and Managing Manager.

Requirements

Must-have:

- 3+ years of iGaming / gambling experience;
- proven new-GEO launch experience;
- strong performance marketing expertise and understanding of acquisition economics: CAC, CPA, FTD, LTV, ROMI and acquisition funnels; experience with affiliate / CPA / RevShare models;
- strong influence marketing experience in gambling;
- strong data-driven decision making.

Nice to have:

- experience managing teams and/or external contractors;
- sportsbook / event betting experience;
- existing relationships with affiliate partners, CPA networks and influencers.
