Senior Hotel Partner Manager (m/f/d)
You will carry out these tasks with enthusiasm:
- Establishing and developing long-term partnerships with a fixed portfolio of hotel brands, as well as acting as the central point of contact for partners within the organisation.
- Ensuring that the strategic and financial targets of hotel partners are met.
- Monitoring and analysing revenue and performance metrics, and deriving data-driven measures.
- Developing and implementing concrete growth and optimisation initiatives to increase revenue.
- Working closely with Analytics, Finance, Product and Marketing to support informed decision-making.
- Conducting regular business reviews, including reporting, and negotiating commissions and terms.
- Identifying and implementing visibility measures and partner programmes to strengthen the digital presence.
- Coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring the smooth, timely implementation of all partner requirements.
You should bring the following to the role:
- A degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing or a comparable subject; alternatively, relevant professional experience
- Several years’ experience in partner or account management, ideally in the hospitality, tourism or OTA sectors
- A proven track record in stakeholder management and working in dynamic, cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience in evaluating performance data and deriving growth measures
- Good knowledge of hotel sales (pricing, revenue management, sales channels, competitive landscape)
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with relevant reporting and partner tools
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, as well as a strong focus on solutions and results
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
