About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR & Admin Executive to support the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and internal departments to ensure smooth daily HR operations, accurate payroll and statutory submissions, and compliance with Singapore employment regulations.


$4,500 - $5,500 + VB

Mon-Fri: Office hours

Location: Commonwealth, Singapore

One-year renewable contract with perm benefits.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Manager in overseeing the HR department and managing the full spectrum of HR functions.

  • Develop and implement fair HR policies, ensuring employees understand and comply with them.

  • Manage payroll-related matters and ensure accurate and timely processing.

  • Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance.

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments on recruitment plans, resignations, confirmations and other HR matters.

  • Administer employee leave and attendance, including leave entitlements, applications, supporting documents and approvals.

  • Coordinate internal and external training programmes, course enrolments and training records.

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory contributions, government claims and tax matters, including CPF, childcare leave, maternity and paternity leave, NS Make-Up Pay claims, IR8A and IR21.

  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly HR reports.

  • Advise employees and respond to enquiries concerning HR policies and procedures.

  • Serve as a point of contact for matters involving employment legislation.

  • Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.

  • Support the daily administrative operations of the HR department.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • At least five years of relevant experience in human resources or administration.

  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and Ministry of Manpower regulations would be advantageous.

  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
