About the job

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Analyst to support a strategic HR initiative within the airline sector. This role requires a professional with approximately 10 years of experience who combines strong HR expertise with solid Business Analysis skills. You will act as the link between HR stakeholders, business teams, and technology partners to improve HR processes, systems, and ways of working. The mission would be for a duration of one month with a maximum amount of three months (starting as soon as possible) and for freelance status only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document HR business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and liaise with HR, business, and IT stakeholders.
  • Review and optimize HR processes and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Support HR system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Contribute to HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Profile requirements

  • Around 10 years of experience in HR, Business Analysis, or HRIS-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and practices.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience with HR technologies and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus.

Desired Assets

While not required, the following qualifications would be considered an advantage:

  • Experience in the airline, aviation, or transportation sector.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP HR, Oracle HCM, JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.
  • Experience in HR transformation, digitalization, or process optimization projects.
  • Ability to start quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
