Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership team to create and drive the performance and profitability of the divisions.
- Understand the business needs and expectations and implement sustainable Human Resource solutions to close the gap in supporting business growth.
- Manage all HR functions and activities across the divisions involving recruiting, employee relations, salary planning, employee training, benefits administration, and all other human resources related activities necessary to support the business needs.
- Focus on developing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth and build a strong bench strength in achieving a high-performance, motivated and engaged workforce.
- Manage and coordinate training activities and ensure accurate and timely updating of training records in accordance with the AS/ISO or aviation regulatory requirements.
- Actively support talent acquisition processes, including partnering with stakeholders to implement manpower strategies aligned with the Company’s objectives and collaborate with leadership teams to understand operational needs, staffing challenges, and long-term workforce planning.
- Effectively leverage the Talent Management System (TMS) to build bench strength and improve succession planning to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Support employee relations and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, including monthly employee feedback sessions.
- Handle on boarding and offboarding processes, including coordinating work pass application/renewal, preparing offer letters, confirmation assessment, re-employment/contract renewal, and maintaining employees' records in HRIS in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and administer performance reviews and salary increase exercises in alignment with the TMS and pay-for-performance philosophy.
- Generate HR metrics and reports to provide insights for decision-making.
- Handle statutory reporting such as labour market surveys.
- Other projects/tasks may be assigned from time to time depending on business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced MNC manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and demonstrated ability to provide HR solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Knowledge on UKG Recruiting software would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
