Senior HR Business Partner

We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in a permanent full-time role based in Brisbane CBD. Partnering closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you'll provide expert guidance on strategic and operational people matters, influence workforce decisions and help drive meaningful business outcomes. This is a genuine senior partnering opportunity for an experienced HR professional who combines commercial acumen, sound judgement and a pragmatic, hands-on approach. You'll be a highly valued senior member of the People & Culture team, shaping people strategies, coaching leaders, navigating change and contributing to key organisational initiatives during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Trusted advisor to leaders on complex workforce and people matters
• Lead sensitive ER, conduct, performance and investigation matters
• Influence leadership capability and drive high-performing cultures
• Leverage workforce data and insights to inform business decisions
• Drive strategic HR initiatives, change and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

• Significant experience operating as a trusted senior HR advisor
• Expertise complex workplace matters
• Proven success influencing leaders and shaping people outcomes
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and strategic thinking
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline

What Do You Need to Apply?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, Psychology or related discipline
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes and document outcomes
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card, or willingness to obtain

Highly Regarded

• Postgraduate qualification in HR, Business, Employment Relations or Organisational Psychology
• AHRI Certified Practitioner (CPHR) or Certified HR Leader (CAHRI)
